I’m a Buyer’s Specialist for The Kathy Damewood Team. I’ve been a Licensed Realtor since 2010, after leaving the cold and snowy winters of Northwest Connecticut to make Englewood our forever home. The natural beauty of this area never gets old.

I enjoy meeting new people from all corners of the country, sometimes from abroad, and helping them find their perfect piece of our little paradise! Friendly relationships often form throughout the process and it’s always so rewarding to share their excitement when we get to Closing Day! I’d love the opportunity to help you too.

In my “down time” I enjoy spending time with my precious grandchildren – three that are here locally I get to see regularly and two more that are many miles away but modern technology allows us to visit virtually – thank goodness for that.
